    Meet Mike & Dorothy Minichiello

    Mike and Dorothy Minichiello are the husband-and-wife team behind Vintage Lashes & Beauty Services in Naples FL, a beauty business they have built together since 2011 with a foundation of expertise, trust, and genuine relationships. Dorothy, a Master Lash Artist and longtime Lash Educator, has spent more than 15 years helping women feel beautiful and confident, while Mike works alongside her with his medical background expanding the original Lash Studio into a well-known Medpsa in Naples, helped bring their shared vision to life. Married for 27 years, they truly love working together and are excited to bring the experience, warmth, and reputation they have built in Naples to Nashville. With their daughter Gianna already a familiar face at Shaye Lashes, Nashville feels especially close to home. As Shaye Lashes becomes Vintage Lashes & Beauty Services Nashville, Dorothy and Mike look forward to honoring what Bailey created while beginning an exciting new chapter with the talented team and clients who make the salon so special.

    Master Lash Artist

    Bailey Shaye is the previous owner of Shaye Lashes and has been a lash artist in Nashville for over 8 years, mastering the art of creating natural, healthy lash extensions. As a multi-certified lash artist, she brings extensive training, experience, and attention to detail to every set—always prioritizing the long-term health of your natural lashes.

    Lashing allows her to combine creativity with connection, helping clients feel confident, beautiful, and truly cared for. She pours her heart into both her craft and her salon, creating a welcoming space where every client can relax, feel at home, and leave feeling their absolute best.

    Madeline Santucci

    Registered Nurse

    Madeline has over 25 years of experience as a registered Nurse. Originally from Broward County Florida, she worked at Holy Cross Hospital performing pre-op surgery before moving to Nashville, TN 2 years ago. She has extensive experience with health and wellness. Madeline is our Mobile IV Nurse performing all of our medical treatments. She offers her expertise in IV Therapy, Peptide Therapy, Weight Loss Therapy, and Body Sculpting.

    Master Lash & Brow Artist

    Meet your new lash bestie, Mikinna! With over five years of experience in the industry, Mikinna brings both skill and artistry to every set she creates. She’s advanced volume trained by Maven Artistry and has completed Face Master Studies, allowing her to fully customize your lashes based on your unique face shape and features for the most flattering, tailored look possible. Whether you’re going for soft and natural or bold and dramatic, Mikinna has you covered and she’ll have you feeling comfortable, confident, and taken care of every step of the way! She is also advanced Brow Artist with extensive experience in perfect brow shape, tint, and brow lamination.

    Gianna has been lashing for over 7 years and is a certified esthetician and advanced lash artist specializing in both classic and volume lash extensions. She’s known for her precise, thoughtful work and artistic eye, always focusing on creating lashes that are both beautiful and healthy. Gianna loves helping women feel confident and put-together while keeping their routines simple and stress-free. For her, lash extensions aren’t just about looking good—they’re about giving clients that extra boost of confidence and convenience in their everyday lives.

    Master Lash Artist

    Casey is our newest addition to Vintage Lashes and Beauty Services in Green Hills Nashville

    She has over 7 years experience doing lashes.  She is also a licensed Cosmetologist so she understands all aspects of the industry. 

    She offers top-notch service and meticulous attention to detail which has earned her countless 5 star reviews while she ran a trusted lash business in Florida.

    She is newly engaged and new to Nashville, she is excited to build a loyal clientele!  You will adore her beautiful personality and absolutely love her lash artistry.

    She offers all types of lash designs from Mega volume to soft subtle volume, YY lashes, Classic lashes | Angel lashes and Hybrid - Glamour lashes.  

    She also offers correction lash work and is happy to take clients that have lashes from another artist (foreign fills) outside of our lash studio.
