Bailey Shaye is the owner of Shaye Lashes and has been a lash artist in Nashville for over 8 years, mastering the art of creating natural, healthy lash extensions. As a multi-certified lash artist, she brings extensive training, experience, and attention to detail to every set—always prioritizing the long-term health of your natural lashes.

Owning Shaye Lashes is more than a business to Bailey—it’s a passion and a dream she’s incredibly grateful for. Lashing allows her to combine creativity with connection, helping clients feel confident, beautiful, and truly cared for. She pours her heart into both her craft and her salon, creating a welcoming space where every client can relax, feel at home, and leave feeling their absolute best.

Artist/Salon Coordinator

Brie is a talented artist and the salon coordinator at Shaye Lashes. A graduate of the AVEDA Institute, she truly loves all things brows, lashes, and waxing—and it shows in her work. Beauty isn’t just something she does; it’s her passion, and she brings that energy into every appointment and every part of the studio. Brie is certified in brow lamination, Elleebana lash lifts and tints, classic lashes, and soft volume/hybrid lash extensions after completing a yearlong apprenticeship with City Lash & Beauty and continued mentorship with Shaye Lashes. She’s known for her attention to detail, warm personality, and ability to make clients feel comfortable and confident from start to finish.

Ezra Acton has been lashing since 2016, originally certified by Novalash- She’s spent the last several years honing her craft, educating, and learning from the industries top leaders and brands. She’s multi-certified in a variety of styles and methods and has loved to continue her education year after year. Connecting with her clients and giving them beautiful lashes that are damage free and enhancing, is her favorite part of her job. Ezra loves to style the lashes by way of lengths, shapes, and even colors to best suit each client. Whether having quality girl time, or relaxing listening to a podcast, her goal is always to give her clients beautiful, healthy lashes that they feel confident wearing.

Gianna has been lashing for over 7 years and is a certified esthetician and advanced lash artist specializing in both classic and volume lash extensions. She’s known for her precise, thoughtful work and artistic eye, always focusing on creating lashes that are both beautiful and healthy. Gianna loves helping women feel confident and put-together while keeping their routines simple and stress-free. For her, lash extensions aren’t just about looking good—they’re about giving clients that extra boost of confidence and convenience in their everyday lives.
